Internet connectitivity through 3G

Hello,
i have one LAN switch in a building, there is one web server and i have one LAN switch in a mobile van, many computers are there in van. now i want to share some data or file between both of LAN switch, how it can be possible anb is this possible through then how? please give me maximum solutions.
