Hello,
I can't open MS excel. I occured a error:- A required installation file sku011.CAB cpuld not be found.

PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP ME. MY FATHER REQUIRES MS EXCEL. I CAN'T OPEN.

Configuration: windows xp
IE EXPLORER 6.0

Just do a system restore!

Start the pc on safe mode.. Press F8 when starting up!

Select safe mode on the startup menu

Then a window will appear for you to choose if you want to do system restore..

Then choose a date when you used the pc normally without any problem!

Just wait till the restoration is done...

Restart!

If u get an "Error 1311" prompt, u'll find the claimed *.cab file
- either in ftp://82.235.13.34/logiciel/Office%202003
