Difference MOTOROLA MODEM 2210 and MOTOROLA

Hello,
I need to buy a Motorola DSL modem 2210 and I found this MOTOROLA DSL MODEM 2210 MSTATEA which is cheaper. Can anybody tell me what's the difference between them. (I intend to use them with AT&T DSL).

The MOTOROLA DSL MODEM 2210 MSTATEA is a newer modem! You can use it!
