CHM Viewer is a tool that enables you to view file that are restricted by network security settings. Simple and easy to use, the application offers an ease interface including more than 40 different languages. The application enables you to view CHM files under Windows.

Features
The application is able to display CHM topics also.
It enables you to view pictures and it also manages hyperlinks.
It doesn�t use MS IE to view CHM topics.
