Sharepad is a powerful information manager.

It allows you to store your confidential documents safely. But it also authorizes you to share your documents over your local area network and to select the list of authorized IP. Moreover, it also allows you to define the users’ access level because your information can be shared with read-only or full access. To help you, it includes in its interface an HTML editor and many useful features.

Sharepad is easy to install and compatible with several databases such as SQL Server and MSDE.
