Rising PC Doctor : very performant , free software allowing you to monitor the suspicious activities of you computer programs to track for spywares or trojans.
For a free program , it possess many advanced features such as

Trojan Behavior Detector & Blocker : Scans for Trojans or malwares at start up.

System Repair:Allows you to repair the registry Microsoft Windows after cleaning the infection and restore your homepage of an Internet Explorer that has been infected by a malware.

Conclusion : a nice free software , with powerful features ...but unfortunately, it's only available for Windows based system.
