As its name suggests, Exe Icon Changer allows you to replace the icons in the executable files and in compressed folders.

It supports the files which have the following formats: DLL, OCX, SCR, etc… and icons with .ico and .bmp formats.
You can backup and restore the icons and it is also possible to extract all the icons in an executable file.

The software is a shareware version in English.
