WebCam Monitor can transform your computer into a real video surveillance system. The program can emit sound alarm when an intrusion or suspect movements are detected by your camera. There is a more discrete option which is the sending of e-mail notification with photo. Your recordings can be directly stored on any FTP server for easy view and security.
It is also possible to configure detection parameters to make them more or less sensible in order to avoid false alarms.
