Free Sound Recorder makes exactly that his name says. He allows to record all sounds which take out sound from your card free. Files can be directly exported in format MP3, WAV or WMA.
Free Sound Recorder is the ideal tool to record your own voice from one microphone or of the music which passes on a radio in streaming.In short it supports all entering audio sources such as microphone, audio in streaming on Internet, the external readers (CDS, LP, Tapes, telephone lines, etc) but also other applications of reading such as Winamp, Medium Player, etc.

It can convert a not only in mp3 and wmaCannot record my own voice for the time being and I took it for this special purpose :(
