Color Picker is a very easy-to-use program. It allows you to have access to 216 Netscape colors which are compatible with a browser. Once you chose the color, you can apply it on one web page element including texts and backgrounds. The modifications can be visualized from a separate window. This allows you to create different color schemes and appreciate their effect. Once you made up your mind, simply use the code which is displayed in the window. You can do the same thing with the fonts and characters but the codes should be created manually. With Color Picker, you can also add an image in background.
