PaintStudio is an editor and a slide viewer of pictures. It supports several formats of pictures notably Bitmap (*.bmp), JPEG (*.jpg, *.jpeg), GIF (*.GIF), PNG-8 and 24 (*.png), TARGA (*.tga), PCX (*.pcx), Windows Icons (*.ico), Win32 Enhanced Metafile (*.emf) and Windows 3.1 Metafile (*.wmf).
PaintStudio allows to work with tracing papers, what allows to add plan of the text over pictures or behind. It also has a grader of pixel, what allows to soften the edges of a picture or a text.Program also allows to play with the opacity of texts dependent on thorough color. Several effects are also available as fuzziness, emphasis, relief, effects of distorsion …
PaintStudio offers a pre-visualization of all performed modifications.

I can't play a video file. What's wrong? ShowYou probably need codecs. The one I use is called the K-Lite Codec Pack which includes a nice bunch of codecs. You might also want to try VLC Media Player which features a host of codecs built-in.
