Cyclops Enterprise Printer Monitor is a software which allows what happens on your printer. It was designed to help the administrators for better controlling of an unlimited number of printings because it allows her/him to know who uses it and the printing type. When having these data, it is easy then to analyze cost cutting.
Here are some features:
- To manage all the printers connected to a PC thanks to a web interface;
- To record information about the impressions such as the name of the user, PC and document, page number, date and hour of the impression;
- To record the list of the printers, the users and the PC which have access to it;
- Gives statistics per period of impressions…
