Based on client/server principle, Joyfax is a software which enables you to send and receive faxes from your computer with lower costs and an obvious time-saver. Since the faxes come from the operating process of the software, they will be stored on the server. With an intuitive interface, the software also enables you to receive faxes directly in your e-mail box. Moreover, the software allows you to send file contents directly by fax without the appropriate software to open them on your PC, such as PDF files, Autocad, Lotus, etc… Its main advantage, Read Tracking function allows you to have a database of the people with whom you communicate and know who has read or not the fax that you sent to him/her.
