Hard Drive Washer is a tool for cleaning hard disk. It searches temporary files and you can even configure it by setting up files for removal. It offers a search engine to find the temporary files, you can cancel the deletion by using the trash.

Advantage
A task scheduler allows you to set the frequency of the process that you want to start.
The application can be installed on a USB stick or almost any other removable media.

Disadvantage
This application is a shareware version that expires after 30 days of use.
You need a minimum of requirements on your system to run this application.
