EndTask Basic is a program launcher and task manager. The program will work in the background of your desktop and other applications. The technology is invisible to sites that try to detect and foil blockers. The Basic edition includes common features such as a "white list" and the classic "Instant-Blocker".

Advantage
It can block pop-ups that originate from Adware / Spyware and Windows Messenger.
There is no need to install proxy servers or plug-ins.

Disadvantage
This application is a shareware version that expires after 30 days of use.
So far this application is available in English version only.

Features
Can either close pop-up's immediately or hide them temporarily.
Press the CTRL/Shift key while clicking a link to temporarily disable the pop-up blocker.
Create white list depending on the Pop-up URL or Window Name to allow good pop-ups at certain websites.
Plays a sound when a pop-up is detected.
