Description:
Easy Launcher is a tool for customizing shortcuts.

Features:
You can change their appearance, shortcut keys, set the program shortcuts, display permanently in the foreground, move the shortcuts to Start menu and much more. The program supports drag and drop and can drag the program icon in the grid of shortcuts where you can move the icon to change its place.

Advantages:
You can easily view and modify the program settings by viewing the properties where you can specify the program file, the working directory, parameters, description of the program, the window style, etc..

Disadvantages:
The software is a shareware version.
