Servers Alive is a program that allows you to automatically check the status of your network and be notified of any problems on it. Of all the watches that can be performed, it can monitor any Winsock service, find the address of a host, check if an NT service / process is running, check the available disk space on a server, remove a URL, check your database engine.

Advantage
It offers services ranging from simple detection to ping.
SNMP gives you the opportunity to notify individuals or groups of persons in case of problems.

Disadvantage
This application is a shareware version that expires after 30 days of use.
You need a minimum of requirement on your system to run this application.

Features
You can even define your own TCP based checks with our protocol builder.
Monitor the status of services, processes, disk space, and performance monitor metrics.
Monitor Microsoft SQL server databases and Oracle databases.
Monitor remote system via a secured connection by using our monitoring agents.
