Radio Re-corder is a tool which allows to record broadcasted streaming radios on Internet, in the respect of the legislation.
Radio Recorder is capable of saving, in a file MP3 on the hard disk ,the audio contents which are broadcasted by the on-line radios. This software also allows to obtain information about the broadcasted stream, notably the following ones:
  • The volume of received packages (in Kb),
  • The quality of the encoding (bit rate in kbps),
  • The flow (speed of connection),
  • The current radio station,
  • The title of the broadcasted song,
  • The address of the artist site,
  • The musical style,
  • etc.

This software only works with Shoutcast streams. Consequently, it does not allow to record streams in Windows Media or Real Player formats.

It works alone without the intervention of the users. There is no information about the compatible files.
