Hijackthis is a software which helps to scan, however, it is not to be put in all the hands.
It is a specific tool allowing to detect and to delete spywares and hijackers installed in secret on your computer.
It also allows to increase the starting speed of your PC by deleting (manually) in the Start-up List the softwares which are pointlessly launched.
In fact, if there are few programs (cf. line "O4") and services (cf. line "O23") launched at the starting up your PC will be optimised.
It is thus sensible to keep only lines relative to the internet connection, the antivirus, the firewall (or the other security softwares.)
