No customer support, according to support page, support should get back in 48 hrs, it was over 4 days and so far nothing, seems another scam company. The phone book is also crappy, difficult to work, after the first free call, got 487 error code and could any longer make another call, send request to support over 4 days ago, and so far no reply yet.
