msgsrv32 - msgsrv32.exe

msgsrv32.exe (msgsrv32 stands for windows Message Server) is a Windows NT/2000/XP generic process used for loading drivers and the program manager when Windows is started. This process runs invisibly in the background, and carries out several services related to displaying messages and alerts.

The process msgsrv32 is not in any way a virus, a worm, a Trojan horse, spyware, or adware.

It is a critical system process which may not be terminated.
