Cant find sound logo on taskbar

Hello,
I cant find system logo on the task bar..what should i do to get the logo?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi,
to get the icon, try this:
>start
>control panel
>Sounds and Audio Devices
>check "place volume icon in the taskbar"
>click "OK"
