FIFA-08 slow down during M-LAN

Hello,
i play fifa 08 on my pc it runs great but it sometimes slow down during a multiplayer lan mode and the other moment it runs great.please give a solution to this problem.

Sadly nearly every version of FIFA has this issue on multiplayer, even on LAN it lags.
