My administrator locked my hardwear devies like pen drive and cd ,dvd draive the n i am intrsted o using this hard whear devies so what i am doing and desebel this hardwear properties

Your administrator has locked those out for a reason. these are the paths of least resistance to introducing viruses to the computer then on up thru the network.

So, not a good idea to curcumvent these as if you do introduce a virus, then I am sure your company won't be very happy teddies and could have reason to fire you.
