Can screen width be auto adjusted if the top

Hello,

Can the screen width be auto adjusted to fit the individual reso of the PC? I have been told that it can be done but if there's a flash banner spanning its original width - it cant be done. Please advice - sample www.srisutra.com.my

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
