Hello,

my laptop was still working normally the whole morning and afternoon yesterday.. but when it came to last night, when i turned it on, all i saw was green lines, nothing else.. i cant even access to the desktop anymore. but i still can hear it working normally, its just that i havent got the visual.

can anyone tell me how to deal with this? is it because i accidentally press the poewr button twice and thought it was off, and pressed again? please!

Hi,
remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds;
put the battery back and then switch the laptop on again.

Hi,

This may sound a bit stupid, but when you said remove the battery and press the power button, do u mean to attach the laptop to the electrical supply?
