Multimedia driver for acer 3000

Hello,
I'm burn out in looking for a solution for my labtop acer 3000 with windowsXP installed. The sound does not come out. And struggling to know how to solve the matter, I tried a driver detective that detected that there are driver missing. Please, could you help me. I will be grateful since I'm not able now to watch a video or to listen to music.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

You must try everest to scan which driver your are using for your sound card. then you should download the driver
