Could i use net with out activation of gprs

Hello,
my name is neeraj singh and i have a china c6000 mobile .i have an airtel sim with internet moboffice facelity. i have not activated the gprs service in my phone .so could i access the internet in my cell phone with out gprs?plz suggest me n plz send me the internet service setting for access the internet in my phone. is any pc suite software for c6000 mobile? if yes how can i download it ?plz this is so neccerry for me.
