Recently for mothers day my mother got my grandmother a laptop. The laptop worked fine until recently when she took it to my aunts house and now that she got back, when i try to use the number keys on the keyboard they come out with letters like à Ć ë etc. I tried turning the number lock function on and off, but to no avail. I've never come across a problem like this with computers before so i was hoping that maybe someone knew whats up? please help me out, and thank you in advance
