How to increase download speed using USBMODEM

Hello,

I need to know how to increase downloading speed using USB MODEM (windows vista). This is indicated here on the specification of my modem: HSDPA data transfer speed up to 3.6Mbps. And the result of downloading is just 10 to 11kb/s.

This depends on the type of connection you have. The modem specification is the requirement only!

Click start,->click HSPA USB MODEM ---> SETTING ----->CONNECTION PROFILE -----> CLICK AT CELCOM MALAYSIA 3G ---->CLICK EDIT ----> CHANGE DIAL NUMBER TO *99**2# CAN TRY FROM 9 TO 2
ALSO.FOR THE GOOD CONNECTION IS *99**2#
