Hello,

I BOUGHT AN ACER PKG LAST YEAR AND NOW THE KEYBOARD WORKS ONLY IF YOU PRESS THE KEYS HARD OR REPEATEDLY. ACER CUST. SUPPORT IS NO HELP/THEY DON'T ANSWER WHEN YOU'RE PUT ON HOLD. I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Assalamo alaykoum.
This is an electronic problem in the Acer products.
You have to detach the battery or disable the battery ACPI support from the hardward manager under "System components".
Hey, I'm not quite sure of the technical names because I do not own an English version of Windows.
