Power saver mode

Hello,
my system enters power saver mode while booting ..and there is no video on the monitor..the monitor led is solid green..i tried reseating all cables..cleaning dust ..and many more..........plz suggest something new that might work..its a dell system but 4 years old ..warranty is void..else i would have contacted them

I have a benq lcd monitor in which with a problem that it slips when ever I on it. Please say how can I solve this problem
