Dear you got a problem with keystrockes which are not working properly so you need to update your internet explorer or you need to change your lanaguge by going to control panel. Then it will work fine. For more detail you should open vuhelps it will tell you how to access your operating system faster and solving problems.

I'm having this exact same problem and it's driving me nuts! I'm having a lot of trouble understanding your instructions. Would you please be more specific as to how to fix this problem?

Thanks!

Hi Kie,

I have a similar problem. With my Gateway laptop, I click on an Arrow key (any of the four) or the 'Delete' key, and suddenly a 'b', 'c', or 'd' (it's always one of those three letters) appears on the screen. Also, it doesn't happen EVERY time I click an Arrow key or 'Delete', which makes it even tougher to troubleshoot. I'm completely at a loss, and I now realize that the only "answer" is to send the laptop to Gateway and hope they can fix it.
