Unable to remove virus

Hello,
i have a laptop in taskmanager i found three files running i am unable to end these applications.Files are as followa (lucky.exe, sumanya.exe,kanthi.exe) .how to remove these virus .pls help me out in this issue.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

You'd better scan your registry, virus modify your system,
so you can not delete it.
RegistryF1x can repair your windows error, also clean your registry!
