Lost my Hotmail password + Secret Answer

Hello,
from yesterday morning sombody stolen my email (saqerali@hotmail.com), they change the password and the secret answer
i am using this e mail morethan ten years.

the people who stlen my id they contact me and ask me pay money to giving email back, and they misuse my id to send some bad email to my contacts. to show like send by me.

please solve this problem or please block the mail id asoon as possible.

Hello,
from yesterday afternon sombody stolen my email (Ejazullahkhan@hotmail.com), they change the password and i forgoten the secret answer i am using this e mail morethan fifteen years.

the people who stlen my id they contact me and ask me pay money to for fund transfering transection , now they misuse my id to send some bad email to me & others to show like send by me.

please solve this problem or please block the mail id asoon as possible.
