Hello,
I have a creative zen vision m, version 1.62.02.Overnight my computer stopped recognising that the mp3 was connected.
Th adaptor still works to charge the mp3 and that still playsback.
I cant download updates from creative because you need the mp3 connected to do this.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.10

Do you recall if you had a software update that night?

I have the same model

I think the issue here is a recent update to windows media player has screwed things up with the vision M.
What i did is removed windows media player and reinstalled the previous version. this solved the problem with me.
