Unable to send mail through office outlook

Hello,
I am using Micrsoft office 2003,System Windows XP/2.While sending mails through office outlook 2003 ,error shows that Microsoft office outlook couldnot sign or encrypt this message because you have no certificate which can be used to send from email adress tushar.gurudevnsk@gmail.com.

Kindly give support to resolved this issue
