HELP! OFFICE 2003 SETUP. FILE MISSING

Hello,
I was trying to repair my office, system asked for SKU011.CAB.. When I made the search some of the answers suggested that I use REGEDIT and change a value.. I did exactly the same steps. But after that when I tried to continue system has given this ERROR...
Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\MSOCache\AllUsers\90000409-6000-11d3-8CFE-0150048383C9\A2­561405.CAB
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

How can I solve this problem?? Please help me.

Hello,


Go into Regedit : Start/Run Reedit +OK

Expand : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Office/11.0/Delivery
There should be 1 or several directories under Delivery, like 90000312409-6000-11D3-8CFE-015002749B4. Select that directory. On the right side of the screen, right-click CDCache. Change the value to 0. If there are.several directories do the same for each of them.

Hi and thanks for the answer jmp59
When I was asked for the missing file SKU011.CAB, I found your answer in this forum and did exactly that.
But now when I tried what you suggested I no longer have the final DELIVERY file under 11.0
I had put "0" for the value..
Any suggestions...

Click http://193.74.65.11/... to download the A2561405.CAB file then paste it into C:\MSOCache\AllUsers\90000409-6000-11d3-8CFE-0150048383C9\
