PLease help error 0xc0000005 lsass.exe error

Hello,
I am having major issues here.
I kept getting this message lsass.exe application error.
the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005), click ok to continue.
No matter what I get a black screen with cursor.
Computer will not run in safe mode either!
Any other suggestions!
