Hello,
I have a sony vaio laptop and a mac mini desktop. I like them a lot and I have cable high speed internet. The modem for my internet is on the other side of the room and I don't want to run cables everywhere. Can I use any old $50 wireless router so my laptop and desktop will both work on the internet? Or do I have to use an apple. If I used an apple one, would my laptop still work? I need something that will connect both and is compatable with vista and mac 10.3.9 Thanks a lot.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.10
