Not able to connect with DB with access2007

Hello,
i have created a button in visual basic 2008 form to calculate some functions and wanted to insert and retrieve into the database created in MS access 2007...iam not able to connect with the database that is present in access2007...so is there any solution ?

plz, any one can help me out with the source code for the problem...

Configuration: Windows Vista premium...Ram- 1GB....Browser- Windows Internet Explorer
