Ctrl+Home keys not working in my desktop

Hello, I am Ravikumar,

Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End keys not working properly in my desktop. What would be problem please resolve the problem. Anyone.

If i work in MS-Word or PS-Excel program then, these keys does not working Ctrl+Home to "Begining of the document" and Ctrl+END to "Last of the document". But it is not working since 2-3 months.
