Hello,
i load up my laptop, as soon as it gets to the desktop, a window pops up saying " windows installer......installing"
then it says error, then it proceeds to shut down my laptop.
any suggestion??

to be franck, im not sure its a virus! Anyway i recomend you to firstly : Install avira anti virus, this is damn good to track virus! If not virus detected, it should be that you deleted a start up program of file, thats y your pc is shutting down

I have to keep shut down this pop-up windows. I did find some virus, and clened up my computer with Kaspersky, however these problems haven't been solved. |

the best solution is that you buy a good anti virus now it is avira so buy it and simply scan your pc,,,,,,these viruses are too nasty when their extinction |
