How to connect internet call with Mobile

Hello,
I have an internet broadband connection and also landline phone and mobile.
My brother can call me from UK PC-PC( which is free) and I have got facility
to call my parents through basic landline phones (Which ia also free to me).
I want to connect my brother call on PC with my parents call on landline.
Can anybody provide me any solution to make conference between these
two calls ( call on PC and call on land lines basic phone).
I also have a mobile is it more easy to make conference between call on PC
with call on mobile.
please provide any solution if possible.
