Hello,
Need to remove pesky message "counterfit win xp". Have read the previous posts but when I go to task manager no item labeled, wgatray.exe.
Could it be another name. Have win xp prof if that makes a difference. Also want to remove IE. Using firefox and like it much better.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.10

Hi,
check if you can find "genuine.exe" in the place of "wgatray.exe"
disable it and then continue with the instructions.
