How can recover Folder Lock folder?

Hello,
Now I am using Folderlock5.5.7.Now a problem happen in my system.After enter password this program will disappeared.My password is right.I did no get any message.Sometime a icon seen in task bar.when move my arrow on this icon, this also disappear.I can not open this program.Now I can see only welcome screen and Password enter form.After enter password this program totally vanished.I already send message to makers of Folderlock.But they suggested to update new version. How can I update new version?.If I update new version,I have to access this program.In the folderlock Uninstall available only after enter the program.But can not do anything in the program.How can enter this program? can I get any suggestion or any remedy from this problem?I will not interest use folderlock again?I want recover my secret file?

Configuration: Windows XP
amd athlone2800 256 ram
