Magic Jack problem

Hello,

I have a problem w/ my new magic Jack. I installed it as directed and was making and receiving calls within minutes. However, I still have to dial the number that I want to call every time I make a call. One would think that with all of your "state-of-the-art" technology you would be able to build a device that could deduce my desire to make a call, interpret what the call would be about, dial the number, and then complete the call for me!!!

After all, I DID pay almost $20 !!! Could you please work on this for me :-)
