Using two Soundcards

Hello, I recently replace my motherboard. On the old one I was able to use the onboard sound card and a Creative soundblaster live soundcard at the same time for programs such as Virtual D.J. After replacing my motherboard with a stronger motherboard I noticed that once I plug in Sound Blaster it eliminates the onboard sound card. is there a way around this.
