Windows XP problems - don't have recovery cd

Hello,
My computer is stuck in reboot loop and I need to run the recovery CD, but don't have the CD (XP.) Can someone tell me where I can download the recovery discs? Or what I need to do to fix the problem? Thanks!

it seems that one of your RAMs has ggone out of order.
get it replaced and your problem will be solved.
