My pc hacked

Hello,
my pc was hacked by hacker and took 2 of my emails i send so many letters to msn hotmail regarding this problem i cant remember the secret word and the alternative email , i gave them last time i was log on and the date and friends who was in my list and my ip address even that i didnt find any help from msn hotmail they daid your information not match cuz the hacker changed all information can you help me please iam very worried

Not a good thing. computers can get hacked or have inputted vireses even when you are not on the computer. best advice is to disconnect the internet. for now and sett your computer up differently change passwords i don't know very much about the hacking just the os and how fix some computer promblems. from cyle
